Production Process
To produce flour, wheat must first be transported from silos to machines, which is done by wheat transport trailers, and after the quality of wheat is determined, they are allowed to be emptied.
After receiving, the wheat is placed on a metal grid that has large pores, and by passing through the grid and iron traps and sieves with large pores, the large impurities are separated and taken to the silos by a conveyor and elevator. .
After this stage, grinding and threshing should be done in the production hall of threshing steps:
• Magnets (metal catchers)
Separator’s patterns
• Sand catcher
• Air ducts
• Yarn catcher
• Peeling
• Moist woman
The wheat must be moistened in two stages and left in the silo for 24 to 32 hours to absorb moisture and then enter the mill.
Wheat bran is based on leftover flour and its particles, which include null flour and baking flour.
At this stage, the flours are sent to the product storage silo by wind force and are sent to the next section for bagging.
Usually, flour bags may have different weights, which are sewn on the lid after the bags are filled, and their date is also recorded.
In general, the stages of flour production can be summarized as follows:
1- Storage of wheat
2- Smelling the pest and cleaning the pest and getting wheat impurities
3- Grinding wheat
